Payment
Payment in full by credit or debit card is required at the time of placing an order.
Despatch
Despatch will be within 3 working days of receipt/payment of order unless a specific despatch date has been given.
Shipping Costs
We will supply free of shipping costs to anywhere on mainland U.K. any order over £200.00 value excl. VAT. Outside the mainland and any orders under £200 value shall have a shipping charge added to the confirmation order.
Returns
We do not operate a “sale or return policy” but we do offer a 10 day “approval” policy whereby samples (1 per item) may be ordered and if returned to us in good condition within 10 working days a full refund will be given. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods and we advise using a service that offers “proof of delivery” as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
We cannot offer the 10 day “approval” policy with any goods that have to be bought in specially and are not part of our standard stock. We will always make clear if goods are “special” and cannot be returned.
Guarantee
The buyer is fully covered for 12 months that the goods are of merchantable quality and any goods deemed to be of unmerchantable quality may be returned to us for inspection and if found to be so will be immediately replaced and the return shipping cost reimbursed. Please advise our invoice number and date when returning any faulty goods to us.
The manufacturer’s guarantee is based on “fair wear and tear” and that the goods have been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Contract of Sale
Products on this site are offered for viewing as an invitation to buy. That means that your order is an offer to buy not a contract of sale between you and Fulham Brass & Ironmongery Ltd. Prices and stock availability will be confirmed to you and once credit card authorisation has been obtained and we have confirmed your order we will be deemed to be in contract to supply.
